This Advice warning is being issued for landslides in the Oak Park area.

VICSES are currently attending a landslide incident which is impacting a waterway and infrastructure in Sylvester Street, Oak Park and the Moonee Ponds Creek Trail.

The landslide is approximately 15m wide and 5m deep and has been isolated and cordoned off by VICSES.  
Stay informed - monitor your local conditions and remain alert.

Access has been restricted in Sylvester Street, Oak Park and along the Moonee Ponds Creek Trail.
What you should do: 
  • Travel using recommended routes - access to Moonee Ponds Creek Trail in Oak Park is closed.
  • Inform family members and neighbours to ensure they are aware of the situation.
