This Warning is being issued for Bannister Street Bendigo.     

  • There is a hazardous gas leak  at the Parmalat Factory in Bannister Street North Bendigo.    
  • The Leak could be poisonous and extremely dangerous.

Protect your health:   
Anyone located in the near vacinity should move indoors.
What you should do:   
  • Bring your pets inside.   
  • If you are located within the warning area, immediately move inside your home or the nearest building. People who shelter indoors are much safer than those people who remain outside.   
  • Close all windows and doors.  
  • Turn off heating and cooling systems.   
  • Close all vents and fireplace flues.

  • Weather conditions, including low wind, have resulted in a low-lying, hazardous plume.
