This Emergency Warning is being issued for There is a grassfire travelling from westerly in a northerly direction towards Adelaide.
  • The fire is not yet under control.
Test could be impacted anytime up to time. Quickly walk two or more streets away from the fire. Grassfires are unlikely to spread past the first row of houses.
What you should do:

If you live right next to grassland, quickly walk two streets away:
  • When you leave remember to take your pets, medications, mobile phone and charger. 
  • If you are away from home do not return. Travel to the home of family or friends that are away from the warning area.
Emergency services may not be able to help you if you decide to stay. 

If you live two or more streets away from the grassland, you should shelter indoors:
  • Bring your pets indoors. 
  • Close all exterior doors, windows and vents. 
  • Turn off cooling systems. 
  • Monitor conditions.
