This Flood Watch is being issued for Campaspe River. 
  • Moderate to major flooding is possible in the Campaspe River catchment from Sunday afternoon.  
  •  A low pressure system over northwestern Victoria is likely to strengthen over the weekend and move slowly into the Tasman Sea on Tuesday.    
  •  Catchments are moderately wet with recent rain. 
  •    Rainfall totals of up to 50mm are forecast on Sunday with similar totals on Monday.   With forecast rainfall, river rises are expected. 
  •  Moderate to major flooding is possible in the Campaspe Rive catchment from Sunday.   
  •  Catchments likely to be affected include: Campaspe River.

  • Caravan parks and camping grounds may be flooded.

  • Local roads may be closed and low bridges may be underwater.
